Duelscale compares two electronics products, on this website and in the iPhone app. You don't need an account. We collect as little as we can.
What we send, and why
- The product names you type, or the product type you pick, so AI can look up their specs.
- In the app, your market (UAE or US), so you see models sold there.
- In the app, a random app code, made when you install it. It is not your name, phone number or Apple ID. We use it only to count how many new products each phone looks up per day.
- Like any internet service, your IP address reaches our server provider when you connect.
Nothing is sent until you start a duel (in the app, until you agree to the AI notice). We never ask for your name, email, contacts, location or photos. Please don't type personal details into the product boxes.
This website does not run duels yet, so it sends nothing to our server. When web duels open, this page will say exactly what they send.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare runs our server.
- Anthropic makes Claude, the AI that looks up specs. Only product names (and, in the app, your market) are sent to Anthropic. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, they are not used to train their AI.
Both may process data in the United States and other countries. We show no ads, do no tracking, and never sell or share data with anyone else. This website uses no cookies; it keeps only your language choice in your browser.
How long it is kept
- Product specs, and the search words that found them (stored as a scrambled code, not readable text): up to 1 year. They are shared with everyone, so the same search is instant, and contain nothing about you.
- A search that found nothing: up to 1 day.
- Daily counts, with the app code scrambled: deleted after 2 days.
- Server logs: up to 7 days.
- On your device: the app keeps saved products, recent comparisons and settings until you delete it. The website keeps only your language choice until you clear this site's data.
Your choices
Deleting the app, or clearing this site's data in your browser, removes everything stored on your device. Nothing on our server is linked to you, but you can ask us what we hold or ask us to delete something. Write to us at support@duelscale.com.
Age
Duelscale is for people 18 and older.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
